It has been a few weeks since my return from India and I’m still telling people about my stay there. It was a wonderful and amazing trip. I posted some photos online of what I saw there. I also have a diary that I kept on my journey which I’m in the process of editing so that I can respectably publish it.

This food was brought to you by Austin, Alex, Nathaniel and myself. What you’re looking at is marinated mushrooms and tempeh, stir-fried dandelion greens, roasted potatoes and brown rice. Thanks everyone, this was delicious. Not seen in this picture: yellow dal soup and chocolate peanut butter pie.
